Emergent transcatheter relief of bronchus compression by an ectatic ductus arteriosus in a premature neonate: A case report

Abstract. A premature infant with Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia and prenatal compression of the left main bronchus by a large and ectatic patent ductus arteriosus is presented. Survival to surgery was accomplished by transcatheter placement of a coronary stent into the left mainstem bronchus.
